There is a list of pages on the left hand side - news, weather, sport etc. Click one of these.
Look at a story of interest to you. Record it briefly on your sheet
2. Manchester City Council has a good site: Manchester City Council is the front page.
When you've looked at any links of interest, try this page and answer the question.

3. Manchester Online has a wide range of local news and information. Manchester Online
This is a good place to look for cinema times and similar things.
ManchesterOnline - Entertainment - Film and TV
On the left hand side there is a link for "Film Reviews". Browse through the latest films or the complete list, and choose one or two to see a longer review.
Now go to the Search Box on the right. From the drop down box you pick out your choice of film. Pick your cinema and if you click on the film, you will find out what time the film starts.
What film do you want to see? At which cinema do you want to see it?
4. Manchester Online also has news and sport etc from the Manchester Evening News:

From the front page select "Regional Sightseeing".
Then look at "Country Walks and Parks" and click for the "Full story".
