| Contact a test centre and register for the certificate. City College Manchester is an accredited ECDL test centre. | ||
| Arrange any training required. You can study at a centre of online through City College. Click here to check what skills you will need to do this. Whichever method you choose, you can contact the college for advice and assistance with your training. | ||
| Take a practice module test - check out the sample tests on the Modules and Tests page. | ||
| Arrange a module test at the test centre. | ||
| As each test is passed, this is recorded in the ECDL log book. | ||
| When all tests have been passed, the log book is returned to the British Computer Society and an ECDL certificate is issued. |
