Thanks for taking the trouble to visit this page.

This website was set-up in 2001 to support CCM ESOL students in their language studies and to help embed ILT (Information and Learning Technology) into the ESOL curriculum.

We are now the Manchester College. The site is maintained by me and a couple of busy full time ESOL lecturers in our free time. We are not computer specialists or web designers - otherwise I guess we wouldn't be working in ESOL :o).

My priority is to ensure that our students have materials to use as we hurtle through the academic year and this unfortunately means that the website and materials can be 'buggy' and you may well experience difficulties using the site.

I'm sorry about that but I hope that any difficulties are balanced out by the useful content you can find here (and hopefully some inspiration for your own use of ILT in ESOL).
